I know that 2026 has already been quite heavy.  Hours after I spoke at a Vigil reflecting on the 5th Anniversary of the January 6th insurrection, we heard news that the U.S. had kidnapped the president of another sovereign nation -- and a day after, we watched horrific ICE brutality in Minneapolis.
