How will we make 2026 amazing?

Dear Friends & Neighbors,
As 2025 draws to a close, I am reminded of a conversation from New Years a few years ago with a friend and mentor. As I wished him an Amazing New Year, he thoughtfully asked me, “What will you do to make this an amazing New Year?”
With all of the opportunities and challenges ahead of us in Rhode Island – I am once again asking myself, “What will I do to make this an amazing new year?” And in 2026 -- I am doing that by doubling down on my commitment to our state and our communities by running to become our next Lt. Governor.
I hear many folks who are so disillusioned with government – after watching so many elected ‘leaders’ looking out for themselves, trying to score political points, or just trying to get ahead.
But that's not the leadership we deserve. We need leadership with a bold vision, and also a real love for the gritty details of getting things done and an optimism about what we can achieve together. To me, leadership means rolling up your sleeves, listening to people, and getting results by knowing how to make government work for everyone.
I cannot do this alone. Our campaign for Lt. Governor has its first fundraising deadline on December 31rst. Please help us reach our end of year fundraising goals with a donation, so we can hit the ground running with a full team on January 1! To donate online, click this link. To donate via check, please send to Friends of Sue AnderBois at 166 5th St, Providence 02906. To sign up to volunteer, check out SueAnderBois.com or just reply to this email!
2026 could be an amazing year for electing a hard-working, passionate, and enthusiastic public servant into the Lt. Governor’s office – let’s make it happen!

With Gratitude,
Sue AnderBois
